Hatha, Vin/Yin, and Vinyasa Yoga

Hatha-Mondays 6:45pm – 7:45pm

Focus on the fundamentals of Yoga with pranayama (breath work) and asanas (poses). Relax and unwind with this mindful, slowed down flow. This is a peaceful journey for the mind and body. This class is perfect for beginners wanting to improve their flexibility, balance and overall well being. Allow your instructor to guide you into a deeper state of relaxation and peace.

Vin/Yin-Wednesdays 6:45 pm – 7:45 pm

The first half of class is a strengthening and energizing Vinyasa flow that incorporates breath and movement. The second half is a slower-paced Yin yoga session that includes long holds and meditation. This deep stretch is relaxing and will target deep connective tissue, increasing your flexibility.

Vinyasa-Saturdays 11:15am – 12:15pm 

Energize your mind and body with a dynamic Vinyasa flow that sequences strength, flexibility, and balance. This is a flow that keeps you moving and focusing on body alignment. Incorporating more advanced poses and creating a safe space to challenge yourself and elevate your yoga practice.
